Renamers, what does it mean ?

some of the files you download from here are in parts and renamed.<br> It's
 to get the service provider think that the files are .jpg (pictures). Otherwise the files
are deleted allmost two to three days after that they are uploaded.<br><br> If you cant rename the files your self,
